  • Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
  • The crowds that went ahead of him and that followed were shouting,
    “Hosanna to the Son of David!
    Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!
    Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
  • Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done.”
  • He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
  • And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
  • But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
  • And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world, as a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come.
  • So, if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
  • Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
  • Keep awake therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
  • Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an unexpected hour.

  • You are the salt of the earth; but if salt has lost its taste, how can its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything, but is thrown out and trampled under foot.
  • You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid.
  • No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.

  • For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.

  • You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
  • If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away; it is better for you to lose one of your members than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
  • But I say to you, Do not swear at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
