Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. James 5:14-15	Is anyone among you sick? The Lord protects the foreigners among us. He cares for the orphans and widows, but he frustrates the plans of the wicked. Psalm 146:9	The Lord watches over the sojourners; he upholds the widow and the fatherless, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin. protection orphans widows
Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold. Proverbs 22:1	A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, and favor is better than silver or gold. money materialism relationships
The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8	I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. encouragement understanding learning
The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years. Unless the Lord builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. Unless the Lord protects a city, guarding it with sentries will do no good. Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, its jealousy as enduring as the grave. Love flashes like fire, the brightest kind of flame. Where is another God like you, who pardons the guilt of the remnant, overlooking the sins of his special people? You will not stay angry with your people forever, because you delight in showing unfailing love. Micah 7:18	Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he kept giving the bread and fish to the disciples so they could distribute it to the people. They all ate as much as they wanted, and afterward, the disciples picked up twelve baskets of leftovers! Luke 9:16-17	And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him. Proverbs 2:8	Guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints. righteousness protection obedience
So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:21	So that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. sin grace eternal life

He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Remember what he told you back in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be betrayed into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and that he would rise again on the third day.

He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise.
