  • Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.

  • How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
  • Honour the Lord with thy substance,
    and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.
  • Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom:
    and with all thy getting get understanding.
  • For thou hast possessed my reins:
    thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
    I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
    marvellous are thy works;
    and that my soul knoweth right well.
  • Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
  • And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
  • For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.
