- You show me the path of life.
In your presence there is fullness of joy;

- Looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.

- He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact imprint of God's very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

- Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven,
for all his works are truth,

those who walk in pride. - We must always give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of everyone of you for one another is increasing.
- Then you will understand righteousness and justice
and equity, every good path. - So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.
- Because sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the human heart is fully set to do evil.
- I have taught you the way of wisdom;
I have led you in the paths of uprightness. - Let your eyes look directly forward,
and your gaze be straight before you. - Look at the proud!
Their spirit is not right in them,
but the righteous live by their faith. - See that none of you repays evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to all.
- Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.
- If we diligently observe this entire commandment before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, we will be in the right.
