| Just as you do not know the path of the wind or how the body is formed in a woman’s womb, so you do not know the work of God, the Creator of all. | As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. |
| So Christ, having been offered once to take away the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to bring salvation to those who are eagerly waiting for him. | So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. |
| He made him who did not know sin to be sin for our sake, so that through him we might become the righteousness of God. | For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. |

It will not return to me unfulfilled, but it will accomplish my purpose and achieve what I sent it forth to do. | So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. |

| Whatever you ask in my name I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. | And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. |
| Thus you could understand that the Lord, your God, was disciplining you, just like a father disciplines his son. | You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord your God chastens you. |
| I have told you these things so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete. | These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. |
