- And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?’

“Give thanks to the Lord,
call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.” - He who walks blamelessly and does what is right
and speaks truth in his heart;
who does not slander with his tongue
and does no evil to his neighbor,
nor takes up a reproach against his friend. - I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. - And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.
