Bible Verses about 'Test me'
- Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.

That there will not be room enough to receive it.” - The heart is deceitful above all things,
And desperately wicked;
Who can know it?
I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings. - Show me Your ways, O Lord;
Teach me Your paths. - And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
- For You, O God, have tested us;
You have refined us as silver is refined. - Remove falsehood and lies far from me;
Give me neither poverty nor riches—
Feed me with the food allotted to me. - I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears. - Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me. - As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.
- Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
- Most assuredly, I say to you, he who receives whomever I send receives Me; and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.
- And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
- If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
- Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
- But He knows the way that I take;
When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.
My foot has held fast to His steps;
I have kept His way and not turned aside. - If you love Me, keep My commandments.
- Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
- You have also given me the shield of Your salvation;
Your right hand has held me up,
Your gentleness has made me great.
You enlarged my path under me,
So my feet did not slip. - In You, O Lord, I put my trust;
Let me never be ashamed;
Deliver me in Your righteousness. - And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’
- Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
Save me, and I shall be saved,
For You are my praise. - You are my hiding place;
You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah - Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
For You are the God of my salvation;
On You I wait all the day. - I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. - Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness. - Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.
- For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me. - The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - My times are in Your hand;
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies,
And from those who persecute me. - Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Lord;
Let Your lovingkindness and Your truth continually preserve me. - Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me. - And said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me. For he who is least among you all will be great.”
- For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
- The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters. - Though an army may encamp against me,
My heart shall not fear;
Though war may rise against me,
In this I will be confident. - Have mercy upon me, O God,
According to Your lovingkindness;
According to the multitude of Your tender mercies,
Blot out my transgressions.
Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
And cleanse me from my sin. - I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
- Yet I am the Lord your God
Ever since the land of Egypt,
And you shall know no God but Me;
For there is no savior besides Me. - I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
- And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
- O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off. - You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.
- And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
- Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”
