- Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

- I am sought of them that asked not for me;
I am found of them that sought me not:
I said, Behold me, behold me,
unto a nation that was not called by my name. - Let all your things be done with charity.
- And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.
- This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
- Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?
- And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
- And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
- Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
- Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
- Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
- And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
- These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat: And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.
- Seek good, and not evil,
that ye may live:
and so the Lord, the God of hosts, shall be with you,
as ye have spoken. - What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
- But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
- For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
- From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.Next verse!With image
