- We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.
- If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him, and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.
- He has told you, O man, what is good;
and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,

So I will bless you as long as I live;
in your name I will lift up my hands. - Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
- Oh, how abundant is your goodness,
which you have stored up for those who fear you
and worked for those who take refuge in you,
in the sight of the children of mankind! - Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul. - I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you. - Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
- You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

and bless your name forever and ever. - For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
- Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - Delight yourself in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. - Save us, we pray, O Lord!
O Lord, we pray, give us success!
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
We bless you from the house of the Lord. - As a deer pants for flowing streams,
so pants my soul for you, O God. - He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber. - But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you.
- Let your eyes look directly forward,
and your gaze be straight before you. - I will be glad and exult in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High. - With my whole heart I seek you;
let me not wander from your commandments! - For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God.
