- I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord

let them return to the Lord, that he may have mercy on them,
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. - Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.
- Or can one walk on hot coals
without scorching the feet? - For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from him comes my salvation. - Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God's wrath.
- For God alone my soul waits in silence,
