Those who believe in him are not condemned; but those who do not believe are condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of the only Son of God. John 3:18	He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. faith judgment

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. And the world and its desire are passing away, but those who do the will of God live forever. 1 John 2:17	And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. eternal life obedience desires
But the one who endures to the end will be saved. Matthew 24:13	But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. patience salvation end times
For whatever is born of God conquers the world. And this is the victory that conquers the world, our faith. 1 John 5:4	For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. faith God overcoming
To get wisdom is to love oneself; to keep understanding is to prosper. Proverbs 19:8	He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good. wisdom life mind
The commandment we have from him is this: those who love God must love their brothers and sisters also. 1 John 4:21	And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. law love friendship
The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 2 Corinthians 9:6	But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. giving harvest generosity
But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God. John 3:21	But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. light truth obedience
He called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” Mark 8:34	And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. salvation Jesus following
When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but the prudent are restrained in speech. Proverbs 10:19	In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. sin speaking
So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them. 1 John 4:16	And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. trust love God
One who forgives an affront fosters friendship, but one who dwells on disputes will alienate a friend. Proverbs 17:9	He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends. forgiveness friendship
Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Colossians 3:13	Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. forgiveness peace neighbor
Everyone who commits sin is guilty of lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. 1 John 3:4	Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. sin law righteousness
He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord. Proverbs 18:22	Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord. blessing marriage seeking
They who have my commandments and keep them are those who love me; and those who love me will be loved by my Father, and I will love them and reveal myself to them. John 14:21	He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. law love Father
I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing. Those who say, “I love God,” and hate their brothers or sisters, are liars; for those who do not love a brother or sister whom they have seen, cannot love God whom they have not seen. 1 John 4:20	If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? love God family
A generous person will be enriched, and one who gives water will get water. Proverbs 11:25	The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. generosity food giving
Like a city breached, without walls, is one who lacks self-control. Proverbs 25:28	He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls. self-control desires

Jesus answered them, “Very truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.”

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
