Chinese (traditional)- The fear of others lays a snare,
but one who trusts in the Lord is secure. - A fool despises a parent's instruction,
but the one who heeds admonition is prudent. - I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture.
- Adulterers! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
- Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.
- Therefore you have no excuse, whoever you are, when you judge others; for in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, are doing the very same things.
- Those who are attentive to a matter will prosper,
and happy are those who trust in the Lord. - Those who find their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will find it.
- The one who believes and is baptized will be saved; but the one who does not believe will be condemned.
- Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.”
- For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
- God abides in those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and they abide in God.
- There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love.
- And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
- Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same intention (for whoever has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin).
- No one who conceals transgressions will prosper,
but one who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. - And whoever does not provide for relatives, and especially for family members, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
- I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
- The scripture says, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
- Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
- Those who keep the commandment will live;
those who are heedless of their ways will die. - But those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.
- Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them.
- Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
Those who believe in him are not condemned; but those who do not believe are condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of the only Son of God.One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty,
and one whose temper is controlled than one who captures a city. Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”Next verse!With image
