Wilt (3/4)

  • Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.
  • Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.
  • They will never again be hungry or thirsty;
    they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun.
    For the Lamb on the throne
    will be their Shepherd.
    He will lead them to springs of life-giving water.
    And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.
  • Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair,
    and you will find the right way to go.
  • Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.
  • I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;
    I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.
  • But the Lord will redeem those who serve him.
    No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
  • I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow!
  • The Lord will stay with you as long as you stay with him! Whenever you seek him, you will find him. But if you abandon him, he will abandon you.
  • Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter.
  • I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
    until your hair is white with age.
    I made you, and I will care for you.
    I will carry you along and save you.
  • And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.
  • In this way, I will show my greatness and holiness, and I will make myself known to all the nations of the world. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
  • If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.
  • You haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy.
  • And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.
  • If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.
  • I will bless my people and their homes around my holy hill. And in the proper season I will send the showers they need. There will be showers of blessing.
  • And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
  • But Jesus told them, “I will be with you only a little longer. Then I will return to the one who sent me.”
  • In those days when you pray, I will listen.
  • Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.
  • When you go through deep waters,
    I will be with you.
    When you go through rivers of difficulty,
    you will not drown.
    When you walk through the fire of oppression,
    you will not be burned up;
    the flames will not consume you.
  • The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
    I will advise you and watch over you.”
  • Do not judge others, and you will not be judged.

Be still, and know that I am God!
I will be honored by every nation.
I will be honored throughout the world.
