  • The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will permit you to find him, but if you abandon him, he will abandon you.

    He will exult over you with shouts of joy.
  • When the command is given, at the sound of the archangel’s voice and the call of God’s trumpet, the Lord himself will descend from heaven, and those who have died in Christ will be the first to rise. Then those of us who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them on clouds in the air to meet the Lord. And so, we will be with the Lord forever.
  • Persevere in prayer, with alert minds and thankful hearts.

  • May the Lord grant strength to his people.
    May the Lord bless his people with peace.
  • I also ask that the women should dress themselves modestly and decently in suitable clothing. They should be adorned not with braided hair or with gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good works, as is fitting for women who profess their reverence for God.
  • To the loyal, you show yourself to be loyal;
    to the blameless, you show yourself to be blameless.
  • I seek you with all my heart;
    do not let me stray from your precepts.
  • Live in harmony with one another. Do not consider yourself to be better than others, but associate with the lowly, and never be conceited.

When you search for me, you will find me. When you seek me with all your heart.
