Chinese (traditional)- Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God? - It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - A man's heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps. - Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:
thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. - The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works. - Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
- For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord. - Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.
- I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - Commit thy works unto the Lord,
and thy thoughts shall be established. - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - For the word of the Lord is right;
and all his works are done in truth. - Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord:
my goodness extendeth not to thee. - By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life. - This is the day which the Lord hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it. - The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord:
and he delighteth in his way. - Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits,
even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
- Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
- The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him.
The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble.But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
