Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Exalt'
- I will exalt you, my God the King;
I will praise your name for ever and ever. - Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago. - Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.
- Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
- He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.” - Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth. - Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth. - Righteousness exalts a nation,
but sin condemns any people. - The Lord sends poverty and wealth;
he humbles and he exalts. - Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble.
- Wealth and honor come from you;
you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power
to exalt and give strength to all. - Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.
- In that day you will say:
“Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations what he has done,
and proclaim that his name is exalted.” - Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.
- Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
- Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, Lord, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all. - Whoever is patient has great understanding,
but one who is quick-tempered displays folly. - The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power;
in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress. - Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position. But the rich should take pride in their humiliation—since they will pass away like a wild flower.
- When I fed them, they were satisfied;
when they were satisfied, they became proud;
then they forgot me. - Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you;
therefore he will rise up to show you compassion.
For the Lord is a God of justice.
Blessed are all who wait for him! - For this is what the high and exalted One says—
he who lives forever, whose name is holy:
“I live in a high and holy place,
but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit,
to revive the spirit of the lowly
and to revive the heart of the contrite.” - Sing to God, sing in praise of his name,
extol him who rides on the clouds;
rejoice before him—his name is the Lord.
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling.
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.Next verse!With image
