an alien, like all my forebears. - I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him.
- And you will say in that day:
Give thanks to the Lord,
call on his name;
make known his deeds among the nations;
proclaim that his name is exalted. - There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved.
- All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.
- Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.
