- For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

And what does the Lord require of you

- So if you, despite being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?

- And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
All those who follow His commandments have a good understanding;
His praise endures forever. - Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.
- One who pays attention to the word will find good,
And blessed is one who trusts in the Lord. - His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’
- Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.
- A person has joy in an apt answer,
And how delightful is a timely word! - And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
