- And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house.
- For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
- For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
- Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord

they labour in vain that build it:
except the Lord keep the city,
the watchman waketh but in vain. - In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- House and riches are the inheritance of fathers:
and a prudent wife is from the Lord. - For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand.
I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. - Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. - And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph,
and I will bring them again to place them;
for I have mercy upon them:
and they shall be as though I had not cast them off:
for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them. - Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
- One thing have I desired of the Lord,
that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to enquire in his temple. - And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
- Thine own friend, and thy father's friend, forsake not;
neither go into thy brother's house in the day of thy calamity:
for better is a neighbour that is near than a brother far off. - Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
- And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

- And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
- And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
- And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love. Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee;
