- For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
- For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
- And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
- What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
- What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
and the son of man, that thou visitest him? - Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
- For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
- For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
- And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
- Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
- For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.
- For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
- But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
- For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
- Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
- But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
- Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
- The desire of a man is his kindness:
and a poor man is better than a liar. - As in water face answereth to face,
so the heart of man to man. - Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.
- This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles. - God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
- The fear of man bringeth a snare:
but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe. - Happy is the man that findeth wisdom,
and the man that getteth understanding. - He is despised and rejected of men;
a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:
and we hid as it were our faces from him;
he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.Next verse!With image
