- Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.
- Thou art all fair, my love;
there is no spot in thee. - I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
- Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
- Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.
- I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
- A fool hath no delight in understanding,
but that his heart may discover itself. - Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
- The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich,
and he addeth no sorrow with it. - There is none holy as the Lord:
for there is none beside thee:
neither is there any rock like our God. - Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.
- Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
- Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
- But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
- For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
- And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
- Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
- When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
- He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. - This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Although the fig tree shall not blossom,
neither shall fruit be in the vines;
the labour of the olive shall fail,
and the fields shall yield no meat;
the flock shall be cut off from the fold,
and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power,
and will not at all acquit the wicked:
the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm,
and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
