- Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
and that seek him with the whole heart. - I will praise thee with uprightness of heart,
when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. - Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?
by taking heed thereto according to thy word. - With my whole heart have I sought thee:
O let me not wander from thy commandments. - Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. - I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - I have chosen the way of truth:
thy judgments have I laid before me. - Incline my heart unto thy testimonies,
and not to covetousness. - And I will walk at liberty:
for I seek thy precepts. - I made haste, and delayed not
to keep thy commandments. - I will never forget thy precepts:
for with them thou hast quickened me. - Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever:
for they are the rejoicing of my heart. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - The entrance of thy words giveth light;
it giveth understanding unto the simple. - Order my steps in thy word:
and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. - Thy word is true from the beginning:
and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. - Great peace have they which love thy law:
and nothing shall offend them. - Deliver my soul, O Lord,
from lying lips,
and from a deceitful tongue. - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth. - He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that keepeth thee will not slumber. - The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - Except the Lord build the house,
they labour in vain that build it:
except the Lord keep the city,
the watchman waketh but in vain.
Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord;
that walketh in his ways.Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.Next verse!With image
