- He that walketh uprightly walketh surely:
but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. - Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord;
that walketh in his ways. - He that walketh with wise men shall be wise:
but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
- He that walketh uprightly,
and worketh righteousness,
and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue,
nor doeth evil to his neighbour,
nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. - Blessed is the man
that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. - And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
- For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- And I will walk at liberty:
for I seek thy precepts. - If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
- I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
- Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.
- Teach me thy way, O Lord;
I will walk in thy truth:
unite my heart to fear thy name. - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous:
he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. - If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
- Thus saith the Lord,
Stand ye in the ways, and see,
and ask for the old paths,
where is the good way, and walk therein,
and ye shall find rest for your souls.
But they said, We will not walk therein. - For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light.
- Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
- See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
- And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
- The Lord God is my strength,
and he will make my feet like hinds' feet,
and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
- Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
