I will uphold you with my victorious right hand. - The Lord will become king over the whole earth. When that day comes, he will be the only Lord, and his name will be the only name.
- When you call out to me and come forth and pray to me, I will listen to you.
- I will, thereby, display my greatness and my holiness and make myself known to many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
- For where your treasure is, there will your heart also be.
- Therefore, you will be given this sign
by the Lord himself:
The virgin will be with child,
and she will give birth to a son,
and she will name him Immanuel. - The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will permit you to find him, but if you abandon him, he will abandon you.
- For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the sake of the gospel will save it.
- The Lord will battle for you. Be calm!
- When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
nor will the waters engulf you.
When you walk through fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not consume you. - Authority will be granted to the diligent,
but the lazy will be enslaved.
