Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Trust
- Trust wholeheartedly in the Lord
rather than relying on your own intelligence.
In everything you do, acknowledge him,
and he will see that your paths are straight. - Blessed are those who trust in the Lord
and whose hope is the Lord.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that spreads out its roots to the stream.
When the heat comes, it does not fear;
its leaves stay green.
It is not concerned in a year of drought,
and it never fails to bear fruit. - When I am terrified,
I place my trust in you. - Entrust everything that you do to the Lord,
and your plans will turn out to be successful. - When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
nor will the waters engulf you.
When you walk through fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not consume you. - At dawn let me experience your kindness,
for in you I place my trust.
Show me the path I must walk,
for to you I lift up my soul. - And thus we can have confidence in him
that if we ask anything
that is in accordance with his will,
he hears us. - You who abide in the shelter of the Most High,
who rest in the shadow of the Almighty,
say to the Lord, “You are my refuge and my fortress,
my God in whom I place my trust.” - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- My deliverance and my glory depend on God;
he is my mighty rock and my refuge. - But he is to ask with faith, without doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed about by the wind.
- He will not permit your foot to stumble;
he who guards you will not fall asleep. - The Lord is near to all who call out to him,
to all who call out to him sincerely. - Gaze upon the birds in the sky. They do not sow or reap or store in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of far greater value than they?
- Therefore, we can say with confidence:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” - The fear of others will prove to be a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is secure. - Commit your way to the Lord;
place your trust in him, and he will act.
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
and the justice of your cause, like the noonday. - The one who pays heed to instruction prospers,
and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. - And my God will fully supply all your needs out of the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
- Whom do I have in heaven except you?
And besides you there is nothing else I desire on earth. - Do not succumb to the love of money, but be content with what you have, for God has said, “I will never forsake you or abandon you.”
- Place your hope in the Lord:
be strong and courageous in your heart,
and place your hope in the Lord. - The Lord is good,
an unfailing refuge in a time of distress.
He takes care of those who place their trust in him. - Put your trust in the Lord and do good,
that you may dwell in the land and be secure. - We have come to know
and to believe in
the love that God has for us.
God is love,
and whoever abides in love
abides in God,
and God in him.
How great is your goodness, O Lord,
which you have stored up for those who fear you
and which you bestow on those who take refuge in you,
in the presence of all the people.Then I came to realize that all toil and skill in work derive from one person’s envy of another. This also is vanity and a chase after the wind. Can a woman forget the infant at her breast;
or feel no compassion for the child of her womb?
Even should she forget,
I will never forget you.
Behold, I have inscribed your name
on the palms of my hands;
your walls are continually before my eyes.Next verse!With image
