Chinese (traditional)With my soul I have desired You in the night,
Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early;
For when Your judgments are in the earth,
The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.” How beautiful upon the mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,
Who proclaims peace,
Who brings glad tidings of good things,
Who proclaims salvation,
Who says to Zion,
“Your God reigns!” For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law. You shall therefore keep His statutes and His commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which the Lord your God is giving you for all time. Let my mouth be filled with Your praise
And with Your glory all the day. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. You are my hiding place and my shield;
I hope in Your word. So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.” A fool has no delight in understanding,
But in expressing his own heart. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end. Yours, O Lord, is the greatness,
The power and the glory,
The victory and the majesty;
For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,
And You are exalted as head over all. Defend the poor and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and needy. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.Next verse!With image
