Chinese (traditional)A fool has no delight in understanding,
But in expressing his own heart. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Surely he will never be shaken;
The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Open your mouth for the speechless,
In the cause of all who are appointed to die. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these. Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. You are my hiding place and my shield;
I hope in Your word. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. “They shall be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts,
“On the day that I make them My jewels.
And I will spare them
As a man spares his own son who serves him.” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. Yours, O Lord, is the greatness,
The power and the glory,
The victory and the majesty;
For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,
And You are exalted as head over all. But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens,
And Your glory above all the earth. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart. “Now, therefore,” says the Lord,
“Turn to Me with all your heart,
With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Turn at my rebuke;
Surely I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land. He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.Next verse!With image
