- I the Lord am your God; follow my statutes, and be careful to observe my ordinances, and hallow my sabbaths that they may be a sign between me and you, so that you may know that I the Lord am your God.

and every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever. - If any of you sin without knowing it, doing any of the things that by the Lord's commandments ought not to be done, you have incurred guilt, and are subject to punishment.
- If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
- You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
- Turn my heart to your decrees,
and not to selfish gain. - Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.
- I will praise you with an upright heart,
when I learn your righteous ordinances. - I will put my spirit within you, and make you follow my statutes and be careful to observe my ordinances.
- You must neither add anything to what I command you nor take away anything from it, but keep the commandments of the Lord your God with which I am charging you.
- For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.
- I will never forget your precepts,
for by them you have given me life. - If only they had such a mind as this, to fear me and to keep all my commandments always, so that it might go well with them and with their children forever!
- Your decrees are my heritage forever;
they are the joy of my heart.
