- If any of you sin without knowing it, doing any of the things that by the Lord's commandments ought not to be done, you have incurred guilt, and are subject to punishment.
- Turn my heart to your decrees,
and not to selfish gain. - The way of the Lord is a stronghold for the upright,
but destruction for evildoers. - But if the wicked turn away from all their sins that they have committed and keep all my statutes and do what is lawful and right, they shall surely live; they shall not die.
- And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
- Thus you shall keep my commandments and observe them: I am the Lord.
- I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
- You must neither add anything to what I command you nor take away anything from it, but keep the commandments of the Lord your God with which I am charging you.
- Keep his statutes and his commandments, which I am commanding you today for your own well-being and that of your descendants after you, so that you may long remain in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time.
- But now, apart from law, the righteousness of God has been disclosed, and is attested by the law and the prophets, the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction.
- They who have my commandments and keep them are those who love me; and those who love me will be loved by my Father, and I will love them and reveal myself to them.
- I shall walk at liberty,
for I have sought your precepts. - You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.
