Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Nearness
- The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.
- Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth,
and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart;
and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. - Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
- Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- One thing have I desired of the Lord,
that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to enquire in his temple. - Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. - But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
- Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
- Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
for ever. - Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
- For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand.
I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. - The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us.
- Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.
- No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
- And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
- He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
- Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:
when shall I come and appear before God?
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
