- If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
- Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
- Do not say, “Why were the former days better than these?”
For it is not from wisdom that you ask this. - Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, make you complete in everything good so that you may do his will, working among us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Why do you see the speck in your neighbor's eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye?
- By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. And this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming; and now it is already in the world.
- Some take pride in chariots, and some in horses,
but our pride is in the name of the Lord our God. - Now the works of the flesh are obvious: fornication, impurity, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, anger, quarrels, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these. I am warning you, as I warned you before: those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

- Deep calls to deep
at the thunder of your cataracts;
all your waves and your billows
have gone over me. - Now I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in agreement and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same purpose.
- Now when all the people were baptized, and when Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heaven was opened, and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased.”
- May the God of steadfastness and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another, in accordance with Christ Jesus.

For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have died. Yours, O Lord, are the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and on the earth is yours; yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all.Next verse!With image
