Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Acknowledge'
- But I have been the Lord your God
ever since you came out of Egypt.
You shall acknowledge no God but me,
no Savior except me. - Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other.
- And every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight. - It is written: ‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.’ - The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.
- Then I acknowledged my sin to you
and did not cover up my iniquity.
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.”
And you forgave the guilt of my sin. - This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.
- No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
- If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.
- He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.” - Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
- I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.” - They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.
- For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
- Who is wise? Let them realize these things.
Who is discerning? Let them understand.
The ways of the Lord are right;
the righteous walk in them,
but the rebellious stumble in them. - If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
- Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
he is the King of glory. - My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ.
- And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us.
