- I certainly believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living. - The reward of humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches, honor, and life. - Blessed are those whose way is blameless,
Who walk in the Law of the Lord. - Delight yourself in the Lord;
And He will give you the desires of your heart. - Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of armies,
He is the King of glory. Selah - It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich,
And He adds no sorrow to it. - For today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
- The Lord will also be a stronghold for the oppressed,
A stronghold in times of trouble. - He who finds a wife finds a good thing
And obtains favor from the Lord. - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
- Trust in the Lord and do good;
Live in the land and cultivate faithfulness. - Every person’s way is right in his own eyes,
But the Lord examines the hearts. - Honor the Lord from your wealth,
And from the first of all your produce. - The Lord is near to all who call on Him,
To all who call on Him in truth. - The Lord is compassionate and gracious,
Slow to anger and abounding in mercy. - They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth. - The Lord will give strength to His people;
The Lord will bless His people with peace. - For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. - Taste and see that the Lord is good;
How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! - From my distress I called upon the Lord;
The Lord answered me and put me in an open space. - Salvation belongs to the Lord;
May Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah - Wait for the Lord;
Be strong and let your heart take courage;
Yes, wait for the Lord. - But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
- For the Lord takes pleasure in His people;
He will glorify the lowly with salvation.
The fear of the Lord is the instruction for wisdom,
And before honor comes humility.But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.Next verse!With image
