- I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope. - Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,
who daily bears our burdens. - For those who find me find life
and receive favor from the Lord. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways
and faithful in all he does. - The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him. - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
apart from you I have no good thing.” - Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

What can mere mortals do to me? - Seek the Lord while he may be found;
call on him while he is near. - Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name. - In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps. - Let us examine our ways and test them,
and let us return to the Lord. - I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
he delivered me from all my fears. - Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans. - The Lord has done it this very day;
let us rejoice today and be glad. - The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble. - Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
- I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living. - For the word of the Lord is right and true;
he is faithful in all he does. - Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
- The blessing of the Lord brings wealth,
without painful toil for it. - Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. - Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
he is the King of glory. - Humility is the fear of the Lord;
its wages are riches and honor and life. - Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
