The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe.The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.
The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears are toward their cry for help.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.
But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Behold, happy is the person whom God disciplines, So do not reject the discipline of the Almighty.Blessed is the one whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, But the mouth of the wicked, what is perverted.The lips of the righteous know what finds favor, but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse.
For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend; So that he does not abandon the fear of the Almighty.Anyone who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.
Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the poor and needy.Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
And above His head they put up the charge against Him which read, “THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews.
The way of the Lord is a stronghold for the upright, But ruin to the workers of injustice.The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless, but it is the ruin of those who do evil.
He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
The fear of the Lord is the instruction for wisdom, And before honor comes humility.Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honor.
For since by a man death came, by a Man also came the resurrection of the dead.For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.
The afflictions of the righteous are many, But the Lord rescues him from them all.The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Some praise their chariots and some their horses, But we will praise the name of the Lord, our God.Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might reach out with his hand, and take fruit also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the Garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken.And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.
Beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, Was vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Proclaimed among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory.Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.
I am not asking You to take them out of the world, but to keep them away from the evil one.My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.
