GOD CARES FOR US (4/4)

And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!)But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved.
God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.Who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.
Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.
So we fasted and earnestly prayed that our God would take care of us, and he heard our prayer. So we fasted and begged our God for this, and he granted our request.
Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in him.My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him.
But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where there is no water.
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors, for you have given me wisdom and strength. You have told me what we asked of you and revealed to us what the king demanded.I thank you and praise you, O God of my fathers, who have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we desired of you; for you have made known to us the king’s matter.
No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.No one has seen God at any time. The only born Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, has declared him.
Instead, let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord.Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Yahweh.
For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are.For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me?In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple. If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are.
I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him.My soul rests in God alone. My salvation is from him.
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment.Charge those who are rich in this present age that they not be arrogant, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.
You light a lamp for me. The Lord, my God, lights up my darkness. For you will light my lamp, Yahweh. My God will light up my darkness.
