For if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly execute justice one with another, if you do not oppress the sojourner, the fatherless, or the widow, or shed innocent blood in this place, and if you do not go after other gods to your own harm, then I will let you dwell in this place, in the land that I gave of old to your fathers forever. But this command I gave them: ‘Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good. Jeremiah 10:3-5	For the carved images of the nations are powerless; they are nothing more than wood cut from a forest, fashioned with a knife by craftsmen and embellished with silver and gold. And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, to do them, not to follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which you are inclined to whore after. Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray. Proverbs 10:17	Whoever heeds admonition is on the path to life, but anyone who rejects correction goes astray. obedience life listening
What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! Romans 6:15	What then? Should we sin because we are not under the Law but under grace? Of course not! sin grace law
You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain. Deuteronomy 5:11	You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain, for the Lord will not consider blameless those who take his name in vain. law punishment
If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 1 John 1:6	If we claim that we have fellowship with him while we continue to live in darkness, we are lying and do not live in the truth. sin honesty truth
See, we are going up to Jerusalem. And the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death and deliver him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified, and he will be raised on the third day. Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in the way. He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way. I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account.

I am pulled in opposite directions. My desire is to depart and to be with Christ, for that is far better, but, it is a more urgent need for you that I remain in the body.
