- He sent out his word and healed them,
and delivered them from their destruction. - I will bless the Lord at all times;

- Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised,
and his greatness is unsearchable. - A wise son makes a glad father,
but a foolish son is a sorrow to his mother. - If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.
- For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it.
- Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
for his steadfast love endures forever! - If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you today, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.

- Guarding the paths of justice
and watching over the way of his saints. - The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
- But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.
My foot has held fast to his steps;
I have kept his way and have not turned aside. - And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
- If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless.
- And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
- By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
- Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,
on those who hope in his steadfast love. - For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?
- He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
