Do not be mismatched with unbelievers. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are. Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.
