Chinese (traditional)- Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth. - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
- Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
- I delight to do thy will, O my God:
yea, thy law is within my heart. - For I the Lord thy God
will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not;
I will help thee. - For with God nothing shall be impossible.
- For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
- O God, thou art my God;
early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee
in a dry and thirsty land,
where no water is. - Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
- Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
- Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee;
yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. - In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
- Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
- If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
- I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.
- The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:
a broken and a contrite heart,
O God, thou wilt not despise. - I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
- Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God. - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
- And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph,
and I will bring them again to place them;
for I have mercy upon them:
and they shall be as though I had not cast them off:
for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them. - And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
