- Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand:
forget not the humble. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - O Lord, thou art my God;
I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name;
for thou hast done wonderful things;
thy counsels of old
are faithfulness and truth. - No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
- God shall bless us;
and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. - Blessed are the peacemakers:
for they shall be called the children of God. - For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
- Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
- Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.

thou hast tried us, as silver is tried. - Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

- Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace, good will toward men. - And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
- And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
- In my distress I called upon the Lord,
and cried unto my God:
he heard my voice out of his temple,
and my cry came before him, even into his ears. - As the hart panteth after the water brooks,
so panteth my soul after thee, O God. - What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
- Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.Next verse!With image
