Bible Verses about 'Life with God'
- In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God. - And this is the testimony:
God gave us eternal life,

who believe in the name of the Son of God
so that you may know

- For God so loved the world
that he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may attain eternal life. - A wealthy man pays a ransom to save his life;
a poor man never has to worry about such threats. - While physical training has some value, the benefits of godliness are unlimited, since it holds out promise not only for this life but also for the life to come.

- May the Lord, our God, be with us, just as he was with our fathers; may he not leave us or abandon us.

those who cherish it will enjoy its fruits. - However, now that you have been freed from sin and bound to the service of God, the benefit you receive is sanctification, and the end is eternal life.
- Therefore, heed my words. Do not be concerned about your life and what you will have to eat or drink, or about your body and what you will wear. Surely life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.
- Whatever moves and has life will be used for your food. I give you all these things, just as I have already given you every green plant. Only do not eat flesh along with its life, that is, with its blood.

return to me with all your heart,
with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. - Likewise, you who are husbands must show consideration for your wives in your life together. Treat your wife with respect, for even though she is the weaker partner, she is also an equal heir of God’s gift of life. Thus, your prayers will not be hindered in any way.
- For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more certain it is that, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
- For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.
- Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.
- Hence, as sin’s reign resulted in death, so the grace of God also might reign through righteousness resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
- Never will I forget your commands,
for through them you have given me life.
