- For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God? - So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
- It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up. - A man's heart deviseth his way:

and holy in all his works. - And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.
- For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
- But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
- Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
- Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:
thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. - For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
- For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord. - Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.
- For thou wilt light my candle:
the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. - I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord.
- Commit thy works unto the Lord,
and thy thoughts shall be established. - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name. - But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
- For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
- For there is not a word in my tongue,
but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.Next verse! With image
