| But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or how tall he stands, for the Lord has rejected him. | I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Repent and live! | “For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,” says the Lord God. “Therefore turn and live!” |

| Entrust everything that you do to the Lord, and your plans will turn out to be successful. | Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established. |
| Indeed, the Lord God does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants, the prophets. | Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. |
