Praise the Lord! Happy are those who fear the Lord, who greatly delight in his commandments. | Praise Yah! Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments. |
He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord. | Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. |
For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God. | For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. | God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. |
