Chinese (traditional)- But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
- The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth;
and with my song will I praise him. - A wise son maketh a glad father:
but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother. - I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. - Although the fig tree shall not blossom,
neither shall fruit be in the vines;
the labour of the olive shall fail,
and the fields shall yield no meat;
the flock shall be cut off from the fold,
and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation. - In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - I delight to do thy will, O my God:
yea, thy law is within my heart. - My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever. - He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. - For thou wilt light my candle:
the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. - He only is my rock and my salvation;
he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. - Let the words of my mouth,
and the meditation of my heart,
be acceptable in thy sight,
O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - My son, if thine heart be wise,
my heart shall rejoice, even mine. - In my distress I called upon the Lord,
and cried unto my God:
he heard my voice out of his temple,
and my cry came before him, even into his ears. - Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation. - Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
and give ear unto my cry;
hold not thy peace at my tears:
for I am a stranger with thee,
and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. - The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him. - And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
- He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
- Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee.But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.Next verse!With image
