But surely, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.”
My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God.Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.
But you, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.
You are indeed my rock and my fortress; for your name's sake lead me and guide me.Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.
I lift up my eyes to the hills— from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Your decrees are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.
Hear, my child, and accept my words, that the years of your life may be many.Listen, my son, accept what I say, and the years of your life will be many.
I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.

You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”

O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I plead my case to you, and watch.In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.
