- To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.

But the righteous gives and does not spare. - Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.
- See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
- But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? - Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
- And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

- Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.

- For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.
- And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
