Bible Verses about 'Our thoughts'
- “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. - For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts. - Let the wicked abandon his way,
And the unrighteous person his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon. - When my anxious thoughts multiply within me,
Your comfort delights my soul. - For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God.
- Search me, God, and know my heart;
Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;
And see if there is any hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way. - For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
- Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know when I sit down and when I get up;
You understand my thought from far away. - ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’

For from within, out of the hearts of people, come the evil thoughts, acts of sexual immorality, thefts, murders, acts of adultery, deeds of greed, wickedness, deceit, indecent behavior, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile the person.”

The Lord is our lawgiver,
The Lord is our king;
He will save us. - And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - Commit your works to the Lord,
And your plans will be established. - May the kindness of the Lord our God be upon us;

We are the clay, and You our potter,
