- For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
- Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints.
- So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
- Deliver me, O Lord,
from lying lips,

than to trust in man. - God shall bless us;
let all the ends of the earth fear him! - And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
- A man's gift makes room for him
and brings him before the great. - All day long he craves and craves,
but the righteous gives and does not hold back. - Blessed are those whose way is blameless,
who walk in the law of the Lord! - The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - The fear of man lays a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. - Every way of a man is right in his own eyes,
but the Lord weighs the heart. - Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.
- So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone.
- Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.
- Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil.
- He was despised and rejected by men,
a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
and as one from whom men hide their faces
he was despised, and we esteemed him not. - Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
- Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding,
but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly. - Whoever gets sense loves his own soul;
he who keeps understanding will discover good.
