But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die.

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.

With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.For the practices of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter. Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good.
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.
Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.
